The listed Tampa location is described by AnazaoHealth as its 503A pharmacy. Section 503A generally concerns compounding based on valid, patient-specific prescriptions. State boards of pharmacy are the primary regulators, with FDA authority also applying under federal law.

Red Carpet Cypress

Red Carpet Pharmacy describes its Cypress operation as a Texas compounding pharmacy offering sterile and non-sterile services. It is not listed here as a 503B outsourcing facility; current Texas facility licensure should be checked in the Board database.

AnazaoHealth Las Vegas

AnazaoHealth identifies a separate Las Vegas facility as an FDA-registered 503B outsourcing facility. Registration does not mean that every product is FDA-approved, that FDA endorses the business, or that the facility has been found compliant with every requirement.

How we evaluate a pharmacy relationship

Confirm legal identity and facility

Match the pharmacy name, dispensing location, contact information and applicable permit records. Similar branding does not make separate facilities legally identical.

Verify permission to dispense

Review current licensure relevant to the dispensing facility and the patient's state. Authority can differ by location and prescription.

Require a lawful prescription process

Prescription medication follows an appropriate clinical evaluation and valid authorization. A website order or payment alone is not a prescription.

Review regulatory and quality records

Consider FDA registration where applicable, inspection observations, warning letters, recalls and open agency actions without treating an allegation or observation as a conviction or proven patient injury.

Explain compounded-drug limits

Compounded drugs are not FDA-approved. FDA does not review them for safety, effectiveness or quality before marketing in the same way it reviews approved drug products.

Current regulatory context

Separate Las Vegas 503B record

FDA's outsourcing-facility table, updated August 4, 2026, lists AnazaoHealth Corporation's separate Las Vegas facility as registered, with its most recent registration dated December 30, 2025. The table also reports a Form FDA 483 following an August 8, 2025 inspection and identifies the agency action as open. A Form 483 records inspectional observations; it is not itself a final agency determination or proof of patient harm.

FDA also published an August 18, 2021 warning letter concerning the Las Vegas facility and a 2019 inspection. These records concern the separate Las Vegas 503B operation and should not be represented as records for the Tampa 503A pharmacy.

Common questions

Medication sourcing FAQ

Are compounded medications FDA-approved?
No. FDA does not approve compounded drugs. Compounding may be appropriate for an identified patient under applicable law and clinical circumstances, but it does not make the preparation FDA-approved or equivalent to an approved product.
Does 503B registration mean FDA approval?
No. It means a facility has registered with FDA as an outsourcing facility and is subject to applicable federal requirements and inspection. Registration is not product approval, endorsement or a guarantee of compliance.
Can I receive medication without a prescription?
No prescription medication is provided solely because a patient requests or pays for it. Appropriate evaluation, lawful authorization and pharmacy requirements apply.
Why might the dispensing pharmacy change?
The appropriate pharmacy may depend on the medication, formulation, patient location, current license authority, availability and the prescriber's clinical judgment. Ask which pharmacy will fill your specific prescription before dispensing.
