Text Messaging Terms

What you agree to when you choose Identity Aesthetics marketing texts—and how to stop them at any time.

Effective August 6, 2026 · Disclosure version IA-SMS-2026-08-06

Program and consent

The Identity Aesthetics Text Messaging Program may send recurring automated marketing and promotional text messages about services, events, availability, educational resources, membership opportunities and special offers. Messages are sent by or on behalf of Identity Aesthetics.

You enroll only when you affirmatively provide a mobile number and select an optional text-consent checkbox, sign a separate written authorization, or use another documented opt-in method. Consent is not a condition of purchase, treatment or receiving services. A phone number supplied only to ask a question or arrange care is not automatically enrolled in marketing texts.

Message frequency and charges

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless plan. Identity Aesthetics does not charge a separate fee for the program. You confirm that you are at least 18 years old and are the subscriber or customary user authorized to consent for the mobile number provided.

How to opt out

Reply STOP to any Identity Aesthetics text to opt out. We also recognize QUIT, END, REVOKE, OPT OUT, CANCEL and UNSUBSCRIBE, as well as other reasonable language that clearly asks us to stop. We will honor a broad request as applying to all messages that require consent unless you clearly ask to stop only a specific category. You may receive one non-promotional confirmation that your opt-out was processed.

Identity Aesthetics aims to apply opt-outs immediately. Federal rules require reasonable revocation requests to be honored within no more than 10 business days; certain healthcare-message rules require immediate handling. After opting out, you may re-enroll only through a new affirmative opt-in.

Help and support

Reply HELP for help. You may also call 713-BOTOX-ME (713-268-6963) or email info@713botoxme.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to wireless-network availability and carrier filtering.

Marketing versus care communications

Marketing texts are operationally separate from appointment confirmations, requested follow-up and other permitted care-related communications. A healthcare-message exception must not be used to insert advertising into appointment, prescription, wellness, laboratory or post-care messages. Opting out of marketing does not cancel an appointment or withdraw consent to treatment; however, a general request to stop texts will be honored for all text categories requiring consent unless you clearly ask otherwise.

Privacy and sensitive information

Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in data are not sold, rented or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Limited information may be provided to communications vendors and carriers only to operate the program and meet legal obligations. See the Privacy Policy.

SMS is not an emergency or secure clinical channel. Do not text sensitive health details, diagnoses, prescriptions, laboratory results, treatment photographs or payment information. Call 911 for emergencies and contact the practice for an approved secure communication method.

Program changes

Identity Aesthetics may change or discontinue the program and may update these terms. The effective date and disclosure version identify the terms associated with the current website opt-in. Material changes will be reflected here before new website consent is collected.

Regulatory references

Compliance review: August 6, 2026. These program terms support transparent consent but do not, by themselves, make a campaign compliant. Identity Aesthetics must also configure its messaging platform, carrier registration, suppression lists, privacy safeguards, staff training and recordkeeping correctly and should obtain qualified legal review before launch.
