Samantha serves as the Patient Liaison at Identity Aesthetics, helping ensure that every patient feels welcomed, informed and supported throughout their experience with our practice.

Often one of the first points of contact for new and returning patients, Samantha provides a warm and reassuring connection between patients and the Identity Aesthetics team. She assists with appointment coordination, answers general questions and helps patients navigate the next steps in their aesthetic, wellness or medical-care journey.

Samantha understands that choosing a treatment—and even making the first call—can sometimes feel overwhelming. Her approachable personality and attentive communication style help create a comfortable environment where patients feel heard, respected and confident moving forward.

Working closely with our providers and administrative team, Samantha helps maintain the thoughtful, personalized experience that defines Identity Aesthetics. Her goal is simple: to make every interaction feel seamless, supportive and centered around the patient.
